<ul><li>Dubai's top court, Court of Cassation, has ruled in favor of Honasa in a year-long courtroom drama with its distributor RSM General Trading LLC.</li><li>The Appeal Court's decision, which previously ordered Honasa to pay AED 25 Mn (around INR 56 Cr) as compensation to RSM, has been overturned by the Cassation Court.</li><li>The case has been sent back to the Dubai Court of Appeal for a fresh hearing by a new panel of judges.</li><li>Honasa is relieved as the original order to pay AED 25 Mn is paused until the rehearing concludes.</li></ul>
