How (and Why) to Take a 3-Week Vacation While Keeping Your Business Profitable

Host a company-wide strategy session to go over what needs to be done every day of the week, who is responsible for issues, when it's okay to contact the entrepreneur and what sort of reporting the team needs to do while the entrepreneur is away. Upon returning, sit down and talk to the team about its experience and review any deviations from the plan.
