<ul><li>The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts has initiated the Leela Leadership Development Programme (LLDP) for future leaders of luxury hospitality.</li><li>The programme targets individuals with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and a year of luxury hotel experience to fast-track their growth into managerial roles within The Leela.</li><li>Out of 1,400 applicants from India, only 36 professionals have been selected for the 15-month LLDP, combining learning, real-world experiences, and on-the-job training.</li><li>Developed in collaboration with the Indian School of Hospitality (ISH) and Les Roches, the programme aims to accelerate careers in luxury hospitality through a mix of training methods.</li></ul>
