How To Cast Silicone Bike Bits
- Jason Scatena owns a 1976 Honda CJ360 twin and faced difficulty in finding rubber bushes for side panels at a reasonable price.
- To solve the problem, he decided to cast his own rubber bushes using silicone.
- He refined his 3D printed mold design and used mica powder to give the silicone a black color.
- The final result looked great and will hopefully keep the Honda side panels in place for many years.
