How To Check Your EPF Balance And Interest Credited In FY25

  • EPFO has started crediting the interest amount for FY25 to the members’ accounts, with an interest rate of 8.25% proposed by the Central Board of Trustees (CBT).
  • Both employees and employers contribute to the EPF account each month, with interest accrued monthly and reflected in passbooks between June and August.
  • To check if EPF interest has been credited, subscribers can log in to the EPFO portal, access their passbook, and review contributions and interest credited.
  • If EPF interest is not visible, subscribers can wait for a few days for it to reflect or lodge a grievance on the EPFO’s online complaint portal for assistance.
