Windows 11's default search covers specific folders, but by enabling Enhanced Search, you can search for files anywhere on your PC.
To turn on Enhanced Search in Windows 11, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Searching Windows and select Enhanced instead of Classic.
Keep in mind that Enhanced Search may impact battery life and CPU consumption, so it's recommended to have your PC plugged in during the initial indexing.
If you encounter issues after enabling Enhanced Search, you can rebuild the search index by going to Control Panel > Indexing Options > Advanced > Rebuild.
