<ul><li>HR software company Rippling has sued competitor Deel, alleging it engaged in a corporate espionage scheme, by cultivating a mole within Rippling.</li><li>Rippling claims that the mole used its systems to spy on Deel customers and accessed other employees' personal information to aid in poaching key personnel.</li><li>Rippling conducted a honeypot test which revealed that Deel's leadership or someone on their behalf provided information about Rippling discussions to the mole.</li><li>Rippling aims to stop the misuse of its information and seek compensation for the harm caused by Deel.</li></ul>
