<ul><li>A road transport department (JPJ) officer was killed in a collision with a refrigerated lorry at KM137 of the Kuala Lumpur-Kuantan road near Temerloh.</li><li>The 36-year-old victim, who served in the Temerloh JPJ prosecution unit, died at the scene during the incident.</li><li>Preliminary investigations revealed that the lorry driver lost control of the ice delivery vehicle, causing it to overturn in the middle of the road.</li><li>The case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for causing death by reckless or dangerous driving.</li></ul>
