<ul><li>ICICI Bank plans to exit from ICICI Merchant Services by selling its entire 19% stake.</li><li>The bank has executed a share purchase agreement with First Data Holding I (Netherlands) B.V., First Data (India) Pvt. Ltd., and Fiserv Merchant Solutions Pvt. Ltd.</li><li>The completion of procedures and transfer of shares will be intimated in due course of time.</li><li>Upon completion of the transaction, ICICI Merchant Services will no longer be classified as an associate entity of ICICI Bank.</li></ul>
