<ul><li>ICICI Securities has appointed T K Srirang as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective from November 28.</li><li>The appointment follows the resignation of Vijay Chandok as MD & CEO, effective November 27, as he plans to explore new career opportunities outside the ICICI Group.</li><li>Srirang has been serving as the Joint Managing Director since May 2024 and will hold the position until his retirement on May 31, 2029.</li><li>With extensive experience in the ICICI Group, Srirang is expected to bring continuity and strategic focus to ICICI Securities in its next phase of growth.</li></ul>
