<ul><li>OUTZIDR, a direct-to-consumer (D2C) apparel startup founded by Nirmal Jain, has raised INR 30 Cr (around $3.5 Mn) in a seed funding round led by Stellaris Venture Partners.</li><li>The funding round also saw participation from eight other angel investors, including Livspace cofounder Ramakant Sharma and Mamaearth cofounder Ghazal Alagh.</li><li>The funds will be used to strengthen OUTZIDR's business model, product design, marketing, brand building, and inventory management.</li><li>OUTZIDR, which offers western and party wear for women, aims to reach an annualized run rate of INR 100 Cr by the end of this year.</li></ul>
