Workspace provider Incuspaze has acquired B2B SaaS platform VSKOUT in a cash and equity swap deal to establish a GCC vertical, aiding in site selection and strategy with data analytics for commercial real estate.
VSKOUT, founded in 2016, offers analytics tools for India's commercial real estate sector and is known for its flagship product providing vacancy coverage, lease transactions, occupiers’ information, and building stack plans.
Following the acquisition, VSKOUT founders will join Incuspaze, with Kumar leading the GCC vertical and research while Jain contributes to the technology stack. Incuspaze plans to offer white-label data solutions and subscription-based insights for clients.
Incuspaze, founded in 2016, provides workspace solutions in over 18 cities, with a strong presence in the workspace market. The company is eyeing an IPO next year and is aiming to raise $25 Mn in a pre-IPO round.
