India Art Fair (IAF) successfully concluded its 16th edition in New Delhi in February 2025.The event featured a diverse range of galleries, collectors, artists, and designers, solidifying its global art scene presence.A record 120 exhibitors, including leading Indian and international galleries, participated in the fair.The fair showcased a mix of emerging and established talents from South Asia and beyond.Notable presentations included works by Anish Kapoor, Ai Weiwei, Huma Bhabha, and more.The fair highlighted its commitment to supporting regional art and culture with 64 of 78 galleries based in India.Special projects included outdoor installations by artists like Asim Waqif and Ayesha Singh.BMW India presented 'The Future is Born of Art' commission, focusing on young Indian artists.The design section featured works by studios like Studio Raw Material and Studio Nyn.The talks program hosted discussions with prominent figures in the art world.The fair also introduced India's first craft prize, recognizing contemporary craft innovation.These initiatives aim to showcase India's diverse art landscape and foster cultural exchange.The 17th edition of India Art Fair is scheduled to take place in February 2026.
