<ul data-eligibleForWebStory="false">Emmvee Photovoltaic Power, an Indian solar photovoltaic modules maker, has filed for an IPO to raise funds.The Bangalore-based company aims to raise a total of INR 30 billion through the IPO.Emmvee plans to sell up to INR 21.44 billion worth of new shares, while the founders are offering up to INR 8.56 billion worth of shares.The book running lead managers for the IPO are JM Financial, IIFL Capital Services, Jefferies India, and Kotak Mahindra Capital.
