BluSmart, India’s all-electric cab-hailing startup, appears to have suspended service in some cities amid a probe into Gensol Engineering.
BluSmart had been operating in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Mumbai, but no longer shows available slots to many riders.
The suspension of BluSmart's service comes after the market regulator launched an investigation into Gensol Engineering, which shares co-founders with BluSmart.
BluSmart had disclosed impressive financial growth and had raised $25 million in funding prior to the suspension of its service.
