<ul><li>Early-stage venture capital firm Inflexor Ventures raised Rs 280 crore as the first close of its Rs 350 crore Opportunities Fund.</li><li>The fund garnered investments from various investors including HDFC AMC Select AIF FoF I Scheme, HNIs, family offices, corporates, and institutions.</li><li>Inflexor Ventures aims to achieve the final close of the fund by the end of this month.</li><li>The Opportunities Fund will be allocated to maintain or increase stake in portfolio companies over the next three to five years.</li></ul>
