AI startup Fractal Analytics plans to build India's first large reasoning model (LRM) with a total investment of INR 118 Cr.Fractal will invest INR 42 Cr from its own funds and seek a capital subsidy of INR 76 Cr from the Centre under the IndiaAI Mission.The company will allocate a significant portion of the capital to procure graphic processing chips (GPUs) for training LRM models.Fractal is among the Indian startups looking to go public and is aiming for an IPO by March 2025.
