IPO-bound Wakefit reported a net loss of INR 8.8 Cr in the first nine months of the financial year ended March 2025 (9M FY25), with revenue from operations at INR 971 Cr.
Including other income of INR 23 Cr, the company’s total income in 9M FY25 was INR 994 Cr. In FY24, Wakefit reported a net loss of INR 15 Cr on an operating revenue of INR 986.3 Cr.
The company filed for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of up to INR 468.2 Cr and an Offer For Sale (OFS) of up to 5.8 Cr shares, with plans for expansion and other operational enhancements.
Wakefit, a D2C company that started as a mattress company, has expanded into a full-stack home solutions business offering over 3,000 SKUs, plans to expand retail stores, and may raise funds through a pre-IPO placement.
