<ul><li>IRCTC's consolidated net profit rose by 26% in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, reaching Rs 358.2 crore compared to Rs 284.2 crore in the previous year.</li><li>The company's revenue increased by 10.1% to Rs 1,268.52 crore, Ebitda rose by 6% to Rs 385.48 crore, and the net profit jumped 26% to Rs 358.22 crore.</li><li>IRCTC declared a final dividend of Re 1 for the financial year 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval in the upcoming annual general meeting.</li><li>The final dividend is in addition to the first and second interim dividends already paid in November 2024 and March 2025 respectively.</li></ul>
