The promotional banner partially hides the Chrome download link behind a 'See more' button.
This tactic has been criticized for limiting user choice and attempting to hide the link the user specifically searched for.
Microsoft's previous tactic of imitating Google's search bar was already killed, but it remains to be seen if they have further ad ideas up their sleeve.
