Jazz received the highest number of telecom complaints in Pakistan during March 2025, according to official data released by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).
Out of the total 9,476 complaints received by PTA, 9,182 (96.9%) were resolved.
Jazz had the most dissatisfied customers with 3,799 complaints, out of which 3,752 (98.8%) were resolved.
Other operators like Zong, Telenor, and Ufone also received complaints, with resolution rates ranging from 96.4% to 97%.
