Jetour Malaysia is set to launch five models in the coming months and years, including the T1 and T2 SUVs, a small EV model, PHEV SUVs, and a pick-up truck.
The T1 and T2 SUVs feature boxy, upright designs and are powered by a 1.5L or 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine, mated to either a seven-speed dual-clutch or eight-speed automatic transmission.
Both the T1 and T2 SUVs will be available as plug-in hybrids, with the T1 offering a hybrid-specific system for a total output of 360 PS and 530 Nm, and the T2 using a more powerful system for a total output of 381 PS and 610 Nm of torque.
Jetour Malaysia also plans to introduce an electric vehicle based on the Kaiyi X3 Pro, featuring a single front motor producing 163 PS and a 53 kWh battery with a range of 401 km.
