<ul><li>The public works department (JKR) in Kelantan has repaired over 31,180 square meters of potholes on federal and state roads since January.</li><li>21,580 square meters of repair work were carried out on federal roads, with an additional 9,600 square meters on state roads.</li><li>JKR responds to pothole reports promptly, aiming to complete repairs within 24 hours to prevent accidents.</li><li>The increased focus on repairs follows a tragic incident in March where two students lost their lives due to a pothole in Johor.</li></ul>
