<ul><li>JSW Neo Energy Ltd., a subsidiary of JSW Energy, has completed the acquisition of a 4.7 GW renewable-energy platform from O2 Power.</li><li>The platform includes 4,100 MW of utility-scale and 596 MW of commercial and industrial renewable energy projects.</li><li>The acquired assets have 3,722 MW of capacity tied up under power purchase agreements and an additional 974 MW awaiting PPA signings.</li><li>JSW Energy plans to reach the full 4,696 MW capacity by June 2027, with an investment of approximately Rs 13,500 crore.</li></ul>
