Judge allows discovery to proceed in lawsuit challenging DOGE access of DOL data

  • A federal judge has ruled that the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) must disclose information on its structure and scope as part of a lawsuit brought by organizations alleging improper access to sensitive data from the US Department of Labor and other federal agencies.
