KEC International's CEO, Vimal Kejriwal, highlighted a significant manpower shortage of nearly 5,000 workers as the company's biggest challenge.
Despite the manpower shortage, the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) segment of KEC International is showing growth in order book share and revenue contribution.
The company is becoming more selective in order intake, targeting around Rs 30,000 crore for fiscal, with some delays in payments for an order book worth Rs 2,000 crore.
KEC International reported a positive financial performance in the fourth quarter, with a 11.5% revenue increase, Ebitda rise of 38.9%, and a 76.8% growth in net profit.
