<ul data-eligibleForWebStory="false"><li>Hardeep S Brar, who served as senior vice president and head of marketing and sales at Kia India, will now be the president and CEO of BMW Group India after over four years at Kia.</li><li>Brar holds a BE in mechanical engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology and completed a senior executive leadership program at Harvard Business School in 2017.</li><li>With a professional journey that includes roles in companies like Maruti Suzuki, Volkswagen, General Motors, Nissan, and Great Wall Motor, Brar is set to assume the new role at BMW Group India on September 1, 2025.</li><li>Given his extensive experience in the automotive industry and previous leadership roles, Brar is poised to take over the responsibilities from Vikram Pawah at BMW Group India, with Pawah moving to BMW Group Australia and New Zealand as CEO.</li></ul>
