According to Kia, people are starting to change their opinions about the design of the Tasman truck.
Dean Norbiato, Kia Australia's GM of marketing, mentioned that those who have seen the Tasman up close have a different opinion compared to just seeing press shots.
The Tasman's unique and unconventional styling helps it stand out in the midsize truck segment, although a 'fix' for the 'eyebrow' fenders is planned.
While facing tough competition in the well-established midsize truck market, Kia is aiming to attract customers who would typically buy a Ranger, Amarok, or Hilux.
