<ul><li>LAYER and RÆBURN have collaborated to produce SHIELD, a recycled cape and jacket designed to be worn in any weather.</li><li>The cape and jacket are made from reclaimed materials, including deadstock parachute nylon, reclaimed down, and military surplus airbrake parachutes.</li><li>These materials were selected for their performance and the circular narrative they represent by repurposing and reducing waste.</li><li>The SHIELD collection aims to encourage more conscious consumption and challenge the throwaway culture in the fashion industry.</li></ul>
