A new analysis from Pew Research Center shows that 43% of left-leaning social media influencers have embraced Bluesky, with 51% of the accounts being created after the 2024 presidential election.
In contrast, only 15% of conservative influencers have transitioned to Bluesky, indicating a significant divide between left and right-leaning accounts.
Most left-leaning influencers (87%) haven't abandoned X (formerly Twitter) despite engaging with Bluesky, with the majority posting more regularly on X than on Bluesky.
Bluesky activity is on the rise, as the number of influencers actively posting on the platform increased from 54% in January to 66% in March.
