Lenskart CEO, Peyush Bansal, recalls his "hustle days" when he and his team had to clean their store in Singapore till 1 am a day before its launch to provide a "wow experience" for customers.
Bansal is currently appearing on the Indian version of the "Shark Tank" series and has invested over Rs 9.45 crore across 27 deals till week six of the second edition.
He considers his experience on the show a "great experience" as it has given him fresh perspectives and learning for his own business, which he plans to implement.
He also sees the pace at which the new generation is doing things and wants to bring that back to his own business.
