<ul><li>Lloyds Banking Group plans to shift 4,000 IT roles to India by the end of 2025.</li><li>This would mean that almost 50% of Lloyds' engineers will be based outside of Britain by the end of this year.</li><li>The bank aims to create 1,200 new roles for highly-skilled tech workers as part of the restructuring and review exercise.</li><li>Lloyds has already let go of 500 people in 2021, closed offices and branches, and is focused on digitization and cost-cutting measures.</li></ul>
