- Running into a Sequoia bug where third party binaries running under a launchd agent are denied local network access despite approving the privacy prompt.
- Terminal is considered the responsible code and not subject to local network privacy.
- Executables running as a launchd daemon and with root privileges do not trigger local network privacy prompts.
- Even approving the prompt does not resolve the issue.
