Lohia Worldspace, the real estate arm of Lohia Global, is set to invest ₹200 crore in its first housing project, consisting of 175 luxury villas in Moradabad.
Lohia Global, with an annual revenue of approximately ₹1,200 crore, diversified into real estate to leverage its 200-acre land bank across North Indian cities after operating in handicraft exports, electric vehicles, tiles, and solar energy.
The director, Pyush Lohia, emphasized creating modern and thoughtful design homes through Lohia Worldspace, with the Moradabad project's completion expected by 2029 due to the estimated ₹200 crore investment.
With a strong demand for upscale residences in Moradabad, Lohia Global plans to invest ₹1,000 crore over the next five years in real estate projects across India, focusing on locations like Moradabad and Delhi to uplift communities and infrastructure.
