<ul><li>Hyperlocal ecommerce app Magicpin has reduced its platform fee for deliveries to Rs 5, half the fee charged by competitors.</li><li>Zomato and Swiggy recently raised their platform fees by 42-67% per delivery, while Magicpin has reduced it by 50%.</li><li>Magicpin Founder and CEO Anshoo Sharma announced the reduction, stating that this fee will be applicable for the rest of the year.</li><li>Since the reduction, Magicpin has experienced a two-fold increase in orders compared to the previous year's festive season.</li></ul>
