Foxconn Technology reported a record second-quarter revenue of NT$1.797 trillion, seeing a 16% increase year-on-year and a 9% rise quarter-on-quarter.
The growth was attributed to strong demand for AI products, boosting its Cloud and Networking Products segment, along with solid performance in Components and Other Products.
In U.S. dollars, revenue increased approximately 18.6% year-on-year and 14.1% sequentially, surpassing company expectations for annual comparisons and meeting forecasts on a quarterly basis.
Foxconn expects further growth in the third quarter, driven by peak season demand for information-and-communication-technology products, while remaining cautious due to geopolitical tensions and exchange-rate fluctuations.
