A CRED user, Aviral Sangal, won a jackpot worth Rs 3.25 lakh, including a MacBook, iPad, AirPods Max, and a TUMI bag.
However, CRED canceled the prize, citing a "technical glitch," and only offered Rs 1,000 as compensation. Sangal, who had initially filled out his PAN details for tax purposes, took to social media to express his frustration and demand that CRED honor the rewards for all 200 affected users.
The issue has sparked significant social media backlash, with many users urging legal action and criticizing CRED’s handling of the situation.
