<ul><li>Geotech company MapmyIndia is setting up a joint venture with Hyundai AutoEver in Indonesia to expand its market beyond India.</li><li>MapmyIndia will invest $4 Mn to acquire a 40% stake in the JV, while Hyundai AutoEver will hold the remaining 60% stake.</li><li>The JV, called PT Terra Link Technologies, aims to obtain and integrate all maps for South East Asia.</li><li>MapmyIndia is also investing an additional $0.5 Mn in its subsidiary, CE International, to expand its international presence.</li></ul>
