<ul><li>May River Capital has formed a new industrial flow control platform, Tusk Industrial, by acquiring Global Pump Solutions from CECO Environmental for $110 million.</li><li>Tusk Industrial, formerly known as Global Pump Solutions (GPS), designs, manufactures, and services metallic, fiberglass, and thermoplastic pumps for high-temperature and corrosive applications.</li><li>May River Capital plans to invest in new products, expand into new markets, and pursue strategic acquisitions to strengthen Tusk Industrial's foundation.</li><li>The acquisition enables CECO Environmental to align its portfolio of environmental solution businesses with high growth opportunities in energy and industrial markets.</li></ul>
