Mazda's purely electric MX-30 has been discontinued in Europe, including the UK, following its exit from the US market a couple of years ago.
The MX-30 Electric Vehicle (BEV) has stopped production in Europe and the UK, with the company focusing on the MX-30 R-EV, a range-extending version available for customers.
The MX-30 e-Skyactiv R-EV, featuring a rotary engine generator, can still be purchased in Europe. Meanwhile, the model is also offered in Japan with a 2.0-liter gasoline engine with mild-hybrid technology.
Mazda is set to introduce a larger EZ-60 SUV in China with a range extender. The company's first dedicated electric vehicle platform is expected to be ready in 2027.
