Kosuke Takahashi and 224 Porcelain have launched Corcelain, a series of ceramic cups and vessels featuring customizable 3D printed feet and screws.
Inspired by traditional Japanese ceramics, each object in the series comes with a screw hole at the bottom to allow users to add vibrant legs, handles, lids, and more for a playful yet functional design.
The customizable nature of the mountable objects for the ceramic cups and vessels is made possible by 3D printing technology, which also addresses hygiene concerns associated with food-safe materials.
Corcelain blends traditional craftsmanship techniques with modern technologies like 3D printing, allowing users to personalize their homeware pieces by adding custom 3D printed feet, screws, and parts in various colors.
