<ul><li>Meta Platforms Inc. has signed a 20-year deal with Constellation Energy Corp. to purchase nuclear power.</li><li>Constellation Energy Corp. won a similar contract from Microsoft Corp. last September to reopen a nuclear power plant in Pennsylvania.</li><li>Meta will buy 1,121 megawatts of nuclear energy from Constellation, generated at the Clinton Clean Energy Center in southern Illinois.</li><li>The agreement will support Meta's AI ambitions and energy requirements for its data centers, while creating jobs and boosting power output at the facility.</li></ul>
