Meta has plans to launch a new pair of smart glasses with a built-in display and wrist-worn controller, following the recent unveiling of Oakley Meta HSTN smart glasses.
The new smart glasses, codenamed 'Hypernova', are reported to feature a built-in display and gesture control using an electromyography (EMG) wrist-worn controller.
Images and tutorials of the upcoming Meta Hypernova glasses and its wristband controller, codenamed 'Ceres', have been leaked by data miner 'Luna'.
The leak suggests the device could be named 'Meta Celeste' and may include features such as gesture control for UI selection and a mini-game called 'Hypertrail'.
