Meta is set to release its new smart glasses, Hypernova, later this year with a price range of $1,000 to $1,400.
Hypernova will feature a tiny heads-up display integrated into one lens and will include a miniature monocular panel for app notifications and directions.
The glasses' functions will be controlled by hand gestures and capacitive touch on the frame, and it will have a more advanced camera system than previous models.
Hypernova is different from Orion, another Meta AR glasses in development, and a successor model, Hypernova 2, is also being worked on.
