<ul><li>Chinese carmaker MG is set to bring more electric vehicle (EV) models to Australia under the new brand IM Presented by MG Motor.</li><li>IM Motors, a joint venture between SAIC Motor, Alibaba Group, and Zhangjiang Hi-Tech, will exclusively sell EVs in Australia through MG's existing dealership network.</li><li>The two EV models confirmed for the 2025 launch are the IM5 sedan and the IM6 SUV, with the IM6 having a greater potential in the Australian market as SUVs are preferred.</li><li>The IM6 offers a range of features including powerful outputs of up to 579kW and 800Nm, and a claimed 0-100km/h sprint time of 3.48 seconds in dual-motor all-wheel drive configuration.</li></ul>
