Microsoft is expanding the preview of its natural language-based AI tool Copilot to 600 customers after two months of testing with 20 large companies.
The feature will be embedded in Microsoft's Office application and requires an additional fee for access during the "early access" program, which is invitation-only.
The expanded preview is not yet available to Microsoft's full customer base, and the company has not disclosed pricing externally.
Jared Spataro, Microsoft's corporate vice president for modern work, states that customer demand for Copilot seems "almost bottomless" and that every customer he talks to is interested in it.
