Microsoft has introduced two new AI sales agents, Sales Agent and Sales Chat, for Microsoft 365 Copilot to help sales teams manage leads and close deals efficiently.
Sales Agent autonomously manages leads, converting contacts into qualified prospects and ensuring that no potential deal is overlooked. It can research leads, schedule meetings, and engage customers, drawing on CRM data, company pricing sheets, and Microsoft 365 resources.
Sales Chat provides sales representatives with insights from CRM data, emails, pitch decks, and meetings. It accelerates the sales cycle by giving real-time data and helping identify deals at risk or preparing for customer meetings.
Microsoft also announced the AI Accelerator for Sales program, offering AI migration support and expert guidance for businesses transitioning from legacy CRM systems.
