Microsoft has offered new commercial terms to a group of cloud providers in Europe to address anti-competitive licensing practices.
The Cloud Infrastructure Service Providers of Europe (CISPE) initially raised concerns over Microsoft charging more for services outside of Azure.
Microsoft failed to deliver Azure Local as promised, leading to the renegotiation of terms. Now, Microsoft has presented a fresh offer to CISPE.
The new agreement will focus on financial aspects, with reports suggesting Microsoft will no longer require customer lists and might reduce Service Provider License Agreement fees.
