Microsoft is implementing a co-investment program with Defence to provide financial support for cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
Defence has entered a $495 million deal with Data#3 for Microsoft software and cloud services under a Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC) deal.
Access to Microsoft's enterprise customer investment fund (ECIF) is part of the new arrangement, allowing funding for services supporting Microsoft's products and solutions.
Defence's digital transformation objectives, including its cloud strategy and investments, will be supported by the co-investment fund, covering pilots, cloud migration, and potential Azure service trials.
