Microsoft has been gradually discontinuing various Surface devices, with recent cuts including the Surface Duo and Surface Studio 2.
The Surface Laptop Studio 2 is the latest device to be put on the chopping block, with production already stopped and marked for end of life in June.
Microsoft declined to comment on the end of life for the Surface Laptop Studio 2, but official Surface resellers confirmed the end of manufacturing and limited availability going forward.
The decision indicates Microsoft's strategic changes in its Surface lineup, reflecting shifts in the company's hardware portfolio and future product offerings.
